Cheat your way thin is a weight loss program that has gained a lot of popularity recently. Although the name implies that you can just cheat and get thin, there’s a lot more to the plan than that.
I have to admit that the plan is a lot of fun and you do get to indulge in eating your favourite foods, but this is also controlled and scheduled. This keeps you from getting bored and constantly gives you something to look forward to.
The author of this program; Joel Marion, is a weight loss specialist and fitness trainer as well as a famous writer. He has written for magazines like Oxygen, Men’s Fitness, Women’s Fitness, Life Script, and Muscle Mag. He has also been featured on NBC and Fox News.
Joel claims that he stumbled upon this weight loss method in his early years when he was still jumping through hoops and trying to lose weight and get in shape. He claims that he was once on a severe diet plan that he actually gave up on and started eating all the good stuff. What he found was that actually made him leaner and got him better results.
He took some time and some trial and error to perfect his method to the one that we have in our hands today.
Cheat your way thin is based upon the notion of cheating your body by elevating its metabolism. In simple terms, this means that you keep your body unstable by give it different kinds of foods with different caloric intakes and so the body gets confused and starts to burn more fat in the process. Component 5: Ultra-Easy Quick-Reference Cards – These are easy reference cards so that you’d never forget what to eat on which day of your diet.
Component 6: The success Journal & workbook – This is where you document your experience. It keeps everything simple by offering daily and weekly logs and journal entries and questionnaires.

Overall I find that this program is different and unique. Although it’s placed above the market price at $47, I have to say that it’s definitely worth it. The amount of tools and information that you get is worth a lot more than that. Joel really took it one step further than the 50 page ebook that we see with all the digital weight loss products out there.
